Kathy Feedham Raggio

Bio
 Kathy was born into an Army family in Germany. She grew up on military bases overseas, moving with her family - parents Roger and Jean and siblings Roger, Betsy, Jean-Marie, Ann-Marie, Paul, and Melinda - in Spain and Germany, graduating from Kaiserslautern American High School. She then went to Texas A&M University and earned her degree in Elementary Education. After teaching in Texas for a few years, she joined the Department of Defense Dependent Schools System and taught in Okinawa, Japan. She met her husband, Dave, an Air Force pilot and with their children-(D.A.), Giuliana, Karli, and J.D.- they continued moving until his retirement from the Air Force in 2010.
